OLYMPUS NAMED TITLE SPONSOR OF NEW YORK FASHION WEEK

Leading Camera Brand Makes Design Statement with
Sponsorship of Bi-Annual Event

(New York, NY November 17, 2003) - 7th on Sixth, Inc. announced today that it has entered into a multi-year sponsorship agreement with Olympus, a leading camera brand, under which Olympus will be the title sponsor of New York's bi-annual fashion week in Bryant Park. Beginning with the Fall 2004 Collections, scheduled for February 6-13, 2004, the New York shows will be known as Olympus Fashion Week.

"Having Olympus on board in this role is a total win-win for the entire fashion industry," said Fern Mallis, Executive Director of 7th on Sixth. "As fashion week and the shows are about communicating the designer's vision to the world through the photographer's lens, partnering with a camera company with the status, style and design of Olympus makes sense on every level. Without the pictures - and the cameras - would there be a fashion week? Olympus' commitment to the fashion photographers, along with their passion for partnering with style makers and trendsetters, truly makes them the perfect partner."

"At Olympus, our products are as much about design as they are about superior performance," said Martin Lee, vice president, marketing, Consumer Products Group, Olympus America. "Photography and design are both elements that are not only central, but absolutely crucial to fashion - making this partnership a perfect fit. Fashion Week provides a great opportunity for us to share our vision of stylish innovation with the fashion community, professional photographers, style-savvy consumers and with retailers."

Olympus became involved with New York Fashion Week in September 2003 as the official camera sponsor. With a particular focus on the over 400 professional photographers who cover the shows, Olympus provided a series of special programs and services designed to assist photographers with their work during the week. These services included shuttle buses to and from off-site shows, food and beverage service between shows and daily back massages. The September shows coincided with the introduction of the Olympus E-1, the world's first 100% digital interchangeable lens SLR system. The Olympus Lounge in the lobby of the Bryant Park Tents also featured a large wall of behind-the-scenes photographs taken at the event with the Olympus E-1. In February and moving forward, Olympus will continue its celebration of Fashion Week photography.

For the Fall 2004 Collections, February 6-13, 2004, 7th on Sixth has redesigned the Bryant Park tents to include four venues, each with larger backstage areas and their own backstage entrance. The Tent, the largest venue is an all black space featuring a central or u-shaped runway. With a total capacity of 1250 with 106 or 218 front row seats depending upon the configuration, the Tent costs $42,000.00 and will house two shows per day. The Promenade is an all white space with a u-shaped runway. It seats over 800 with a total capacity of 1000, depending on the configuration, costs $36,000.00 and will house 2-3 shows daily. The Studio Noir is an all black space with a raised central runway. It seats 476 with a maximum capacity of 700, costs $26,000.00 and will house 3 shows daily.
