Open to legal residents of the 50 United States, D.C. and Puerto Rico and who are 18 years of age and older as of 5/13/08. Void where prohibited by law.

1. SPONSOR: The Sponsor of this sweepstakes is Olympus Imaging America Inc., 3500 Corporate Parkway, Center Valley, PA USA 18034.

2. PROMOTION TIMING: Registration for Sweepstakes begins at 12:00:01 A.M. ET on 5/13/08 and ends at 11:59:59 P.M. ET on 7/18/08(Registration Period). Drawings for prizes will be conducted from 7/28/08 through 8/01/08 (Award Period). Winners will be selected on 7/29/08 and verified by 8/01/08.

3. HOW TO ENTER: Register by doing by the following: 1) Fill out the paper registration form at participating retail locations, and mail it to emg3, Shoot With the Pros, 215 Commercial St., Portland, ME 04101 or 2) Enter online at http://www.olympusamerica.com/register and follow the registration directions. You may also enter this sweepstakes by mailing a postcard or letter which contains your name, mailing address, e-mail address and telephone number to the following address: emg3, Shoot With the Pros, 215 Commercial St., Portland, ME 04101. INCREASED CHANCES TO WIN: REGISTER YOUR PURCHASED OLYMPUS CAMERA ON-LINE AND AGREE TO THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS TO INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. CAMERAS MUST BE PURCHASED AT PARTICIPATING RETAIL LOCATIONS. PROOF OF PURCHASE WILL BE REQUIRED WITH MAIL-IN REGISTRATION FORM. (PROOF OF PURCHASE MUST BE A COPY OF THE ORIGINAL INVOICE OR SALES RECEIPT.) Entries must be received by 11:59:59 PM 7/18/08 to be eligible. More than the specified number of entries from any person or e-mail address will void all entries from that person or e-mail address. Use of computer programs and other automatic means to enter sweepstakes is prohibited. Normal Internet access and usage charges imposed by your on-line service will apply. No photocopies, reproductions, or facsimiles allowed. Olympus Imaging America (Sponsor) and emg3 are not responsible for late, lost, illegible, incomplete, stolen, or misdirected entries.

4. RANDOM DRAWINGS AND NOTIFICATION OF WINNERS: Five (5) Grand Prize winners will be chosen by 7/29/08 in a random drawing from among all eligible entries received by the end of the Registration Period. Decisions of Sponsor and emg3 are final on all matters relating to this sweepstakes. Drawing will be conducted by emg3, whose decisions are final on all matters relating to this sweepstakes. Odds of winning are dependent upon the number of eligible entries received during the Registration Period. Potential Winners will be notified by phone on approximately 7/29/08. At that time, an acceptance package will be mailed. WINNERS MUST confirm acceptance of prize BY AUGUST 8^th. or the name(s) of an alternate potential Winner will be drawn. Each potential prize winner has until 8/8/08 to claim his/her prize by completing, signing and returning the prize release form (“Release”), including, but not limited to, an Affidavit of Eligibility/Compliance and Publicity/Liability Release, or an alternate winner will be selected. (The Release will be sent by mail or e-mail upon request of the prize winner.) If a selected potential winner cannot be contacted, provides incorrect e-mail or mailing address, is ineligible or does not comply with these official rules, fails to claim Prize, fails to return the completed and executed prize release forms by 8/8/08 as required, or if the Prize notification or Prize is returned as undeliverable, an alternate winner will be selected on 8/9/08. emg3’s decisions shall be final in all matters pertaining to this Sweepstakes promotion (“Promotion”).

5. PRIZES, APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUE & ODDS OF WINNING: Grand Prize (5): Five (5) Grand Prize Winners (“Winners”) will receive a trip (“Trip”) for two (2) to the 2008 US Open in Flushing Meadows, New York, consisting of US Open day passes for 8/30/08, an Olympus Visionary photographer in attendance, round trip coach airfare for two (2) departing from a major airport nearest to the Winner’s home on 8/29/08 and returning on 8/31/08; consisting of 2 nights (nights of 8/29/08 and 8/30/08) hotel accommodations (1 std. rm, dbl. occup.); Five Hundred Dollars ($500.00) spending money to the winner (1), and commemorative Olympus souvenirs. (ARV $3,500.00) All trip accommodations and reservations will be as arranged by emg3. All costs and expenses not specifically listed above, including but not limited to meals, snacks, beverages, mini-bar, car rental, souvenirs, personal expenses, insurance, etc. are solely Winner’s responsibility. Winner and travel companion must travel on same itinerary on dates stated above or Trip will be forfeited in its entirety and, time allowing, an alternative Winner shall be selected. Sponsor and/or emg3 shall have no responsibility or obligation to any Winner, or potential Winner who is unable or unavailable to accept or utilize Prize as described herein. Travel companion must be an adult unless Winner is his/her parent or legal guardian. Winner and travel companion must possess necessary travel identification documents. Prize is neither transferable nor substitutable except by Sponsor or emg3 with one of equal or greater value, and may not be redeemed for cash. All federal, state and local taxes are the sole responsibility of Winner. Odds of winning depend on the total number of all eligible entries received. Sponsor not responsible for rain delay. Sponsor is not responsible if US Open is rained out or postponed, or cancelled after ticketing of prize for any reason, in whole or in part. In that event, winner will receive remainder of the prize. No compensation will be paid in lieu of US Open ticket portion of prize. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if advertised prize is unavailable. Prize is not transferable, assignable or redeemable for cash.

6. ELIGIBILITY: Open to legal residents of the 50 United States, District of Columbia and Puerto Rico, who are 18 years of age or older as of 5/13/08, except employees of emg3, Olympus America Inc., their parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and their immediate family members and/or those living in the same household of each are not eligible; and any other entities or individuals associated with this Promotion are ineligible to enter. Void where prohibited or restricted by law. All federal, state, provincial, municipal and local laws and regulations apply. Employees and immediate family members of employees of Sponsor, United States Tennis Association (“USTA”) and USTA National Tennis Center (“NTC”) are restricted from participating.

7. GENERAL RULES: All federal, state, provincial, municipal and local taxes are the sole responsibility of winner, if applicable. By participating in this promotion, entrants agree to be bound by the official rules and the decisions of the judges. By accepting the prize, winners agree that the Sponsor and those acting under the Sponsor’s authority may use winner’s name, picture/portrait likeness and /or voice, for advertising and promotional purposes without further consideration, unless prohibited by law. Entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the judges. By accepting prize, winner agrees that the Sponsor, emg3, USTA, NTC and City of New York, and their respective subsidiaries, affiliates, adverting and promotional agencies and their directors (collectively the “Releasees”) be held harmless by winner for any liability for any injury, loss or damages of any kind to persons, including death, and property, due in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from the acceptance, possession, use or misuse of the prize or participation in this sweepstakes or any prize related activity. All entries become the sole property of emg3 and/or the Sponsor and none will be returned. In the event of a dispute, entries will be deemed made by the authorized account holder of the e-mail address submitted at the time of entry. The “authorized account holder” is deemed the natural person who is assigned to an e-mail address by an Internet access provider, service provider or other online organization that is responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address. The potential winner may be requested to provide emg3 with proof that the potential winner is the authorized account holder of the e-mail address associated with the winning entry. If for any reason the Sweepstakes is not capable of running as planned, including due to in infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failure, human error or any other causes beyond the control of emg3 or the Sponsor that corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of the Sweepstakes, emg3 and/or the Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process, and to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Sweepstakes and award those prizes from among all eligible entries received prior to cancellation or termination. Emg3 and/or Sponsor assumes no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to, or alteration of, entries. Emg3 and/or the Sponsor is not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer online systems, servers, or providers, computer equipment, software, failure of any e-mail or entry to be received by emg3 and/or the Sponsor on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any web site, any combination thereof, or otherwise, including any injury or damage to entrant’s or any other person’s computer related to or resulting from participation or downloading any materials in the Sweepstakes. CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT BY AN ENTRANT TO DELIBERATLEY DAMAGE ANY WEBSITE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE SWEEPSTAKES MAY BE A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES FROM ANY SUCH PERSON TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

8. RELEASES: By entering the Contest, contestants (or, if eligible minors, their parents or legal guardians) agree to (i) these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor and the judges which are final and binding in all respects, and (ii) release and hold harmless the Releasees from all claims, liability or damage caused or claimed to be caused, in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, in connection with participation in this Contest, or acceptance, use or misuse of any prize or any prize related activity or the substitution of any prize in accordance with these Official Rules, the administration of the Contest, the operation of the Website or Released Parties' use of any of the rights granted herein. Released Parties assume no responsibility for the conduct of any contestant or the responses of anyone appearing in any Entry.

9. WINNERS LIST: For the names of the Winners and/or Official Rules, send a self-addressed stamped envelope, after 7/31/08 and by 9/30/08, to emg3, Shoot With the Pros Winner List, 215 Commercial St., Portland, ME 04101. (VT residents need not affix return postage with requesting Official Rules).
