Olympus service and repair includes a complete inspection of all functions, repair and or replacement of all parts necessary to ensure your product meets factory specifications.

1) Please fill out the form below and print out to include with your product. The service order number provided at the end of submission will help us to locate your repair status on our site or by email\phone.

2) Package the product carefully using ample padding material to prevent damage in transit. Include a copy of your sales receipt to validate warranty or extended warranty. Do not include lithium batteries. We suggest insuring your package for your protection.

3) Upon inspection, Olympus will email an estimate or confirm warranty service.  Please contact us as soon as possible to either make payment or have your product returned without repair. After 30 days from receipt without a decision, we will send reminder letters or e-mails. After 90 days without a decision from you, we reserve the right to discard your product without any form of compensation.

Note: Actual repair cost may change after the product is inspected. Conditions that void warranty can be, but are not limited to: Impact damage, sand, liquid damage and tampering. All repair work (except minimum repair) is covered by a six (6) month repair warranty.
