What was done in my repair?
The standard repair of your Olympus product includes the check of all functions and the replacement or adjustment of any parts necessary to bring it to factory specifications and full functionality. Your product is thoroughly tested and cleaned.
How is my repair priced?
There is a standard repair price and an overhaul repair price for each model. Most commonly the standard price is applied. The overhaul price is applied in the case where there is considerable damage and extensive repair is needed. Please call for the price of your repair.
How do I track the shipment of my repaired product?
Your product is usually shipped via UPS Ground. Once shipped you will see a Tracking button on your service order status. This is a link to the UPS website and will automatically track the return shipment of your product. In the case the Tracking button does not appear, please take note of the ship date. If no ship date appears your product has not yet been shipped. If a ship date appears your product has been shipped via another courier.
