Dock & Done allows you to Dock the camera, and then organize, print, and store photos quickly and hassle-free virtually anywhere, without the use of a computer.
What differentiates the S-HD-100 from an ordinary external hard drive?
The S-HD-100 is equipped with a CPU for intelligent image file management. When downloading images from a digital camera that supports Dock & Done functionality, it offers an incremental download function that checks each image to see if it has been downloaded previously, and only downloads those that are new.
Can I connect the S-HD-100 to a computer and store files on it?
Yes. The S-HD-100 can be connected to a personal computer and used as an external storage device on Windows ME, 2000 and XP computers using the supplied USB Cable. No software or driver installation is required.
Is the S-HD-100 compatible with Mac OS?
No. The S-HD-100 is not compatible with any version of Mac OS.
How can I format the S-HD-100 on my computer?
Formatting is only recommended using the HddForm.exe application located on the CD-ROM that is bundled with the S-HD-100. Formatting using any other utility, including Windows built-in formatting utilities, can cause corruption or damage which is not covered under the warranty.
Note: All files, including images located on the S-HD-100 will be permanently erased.
What type of file system is used when formatting the S-HD-100?

Connect the digital camera to the USB port on the PA-7 and then connect the PA-7 to the USB port on the S-HD-100. Power on the camera and the hard drive, and click the COPY button on the PA-7 to begin the download procedure.
