What are the main features of this model? The Olympus Note Corder DP-10 digital recorder records in the Windows Media® Audio (WMA) audio format. The two recording modes provide options for recording high-quality sound files or expanding memory capacity by using a lower-quality recording mode. The EAR jack enables playback through earphones or earbuds. | | How much recording time is available in the DP-10? The length of potential recording time available in the DP-10 is governed by the recording mode selected.
An HQ (High Quality) mode recording uses more memory than an SP (Standard Play) mode recording because the HQ mode makes a more-detailed digital record than does the SP mode.
The table below shows the approximate maximum recording times possible in the DP-10 in the different quality modes:
Recording Mode |
Maximum Recording Time |
HQ mode |
Approximately 67 hours, 00 minutes |
SP mode |
Approximately 131 hours, 00 minutes | | | How is the DP-10 turned off? The [POWER] switch is the recorder's ON/OFF control. The playback volume is controlled using the VOL dial on top of the recorder. | | Can playback speed be controlled?
