microSD Adapter (MASD-1)

Most Olympus cameras are compatible with xD-Picture cards (not included). A few also accept microSD cards (not included) which are compatible with various consumer electronics products when using the microSD adapter (MASD-1).

*You must have firmware version 1.1 or later for movie photography using a 4GB or larger microSDHC card. If the camera firmware is version 1.0, the card may be damaged.

The microSD / microSDHC card can be used only with the cameras compatible with MASD-1. The MASD-1 is different from the xD-Picture card in form. Forcing it into an incompatible camera or any other equipment, it may damage camera or card or cause malfunction with the equipment. The images on the memory card may be destroyed.
The Panorama feature does not function with microSD / microSDHC card.
To use the Panorama feature, use an Olympus xD-Picture card.
