The EndoJawTM disposable biopsy forceps line has been expanded to include compatibility with both 2.8mm and 2.0mm biopsy channels. EndoJaw features a proprietary sheath exterior that reduces surface friction to enable smooth insertion through the endoscope channel. The flexibility of the sheath has also been improved to make it easier to pass the forceps through an angled endoscope without using excessive force. These features, combined with a precision-made stainless steel cup, make EndoJaw the best way to minimize damage to your endoscopes while maximizing clinical effectiveness.

  Features

  • Smooth insertion capability: The slim outer diameter combined with the proprietary sheath design and improved flexibility enables smooth insertion through the endoscope channel without excessive force.
  • Reliable tissue collection: The EndoJaw has a patent-pending "step" cup designed to provide clean tissue collection from a disposable biopsy forceps. The alligator jaw with "step" is designed to combine the grip of an alligator forceps with the clean cut of a traditional forceps.
  • Stainless steel construction: The biopsy cups are made of stainless steel, which is a material of choice for precision medical devices.
  • Specially designed to minimize damage to the scope: As an endoscopes manufacturer, Olympus has studied how to minimize the damage to the endoscopes without sacrificing the forceps' performance. Our high-quality biopsy forceps will minimize damage to our endoscope biopsy channels.
  • Complete product line-up: Whatever endoscope you use - gastrointestinal, bronchoscopic or ultra-slim gastroscopes - the EndoJaw line-up includes channel compatible models to fit your biopsy needs. Choose either the traditional smooth, oval cup forceps or alligator jaw forceps with or without needle. Whichever choice you make, all Olympus forceps are made with the quality you can trust.
