Refurbished equipment is completely disassembled and inspected, with parts replaced as needed. In some cases, the original components may be retained if they meet all functional specifications. To take advantage of this program:
1.
Call Customer Care at 800-548-5515 to order your refurbished telescope, camera head or video cable.
2.
Customer Care will initiate your order through our National Service Center and assign your request an RMA number for your broken equipment.
3.
Once you receive your exchange unit from Olympus, use the same packaging materials and the provided RMA paperwork to return your broken equipment to:
