401(k) Savings
You will be eligible to participate in the Olympus Corporation of the Americas 401(k) Savings Plan (“401(k) Plan”). You are automatically enrolled in the program on your first date of employment. Vesting is based on your length of employment, with full vesting in five years.
Flexible Time Off (FTO) program
Provides time-off for vacation, illness, personal responsibilities, and other time off needs. You earn FTO days over the course of the year based on your years of service.
