Established in 2006, the Olympus Partnership Awards program provides support to charitable organizations. This support gives organization(s) in the field of clinical chemistry the opportunity to, among other things, recruit and train minority and other students as physicians, biomedical scientists, and public healthcare professionals, as well as encourage and support deserving clinical laboratory scientists and students throughout the world. The awards are sponsored by Olympus America Inc., whose Life Science Group offers the broadest line of chemistry and immunoassay systems for hospital and reference laboratory testing, as well as microscopes and imaging systems for the clinical laboratory. The Olympus Partnership Awards program is part of Olympus’ commitment to education, scholarship and development for the healthcare professionals of tomorrow.
