DP80 Dual Color & Moniochrome Digital Camera

Olympus offers a unique combination of both color pixel-shifting technology and sensitive monochrome imaging with the DP80, a dual color and monochrome digital camera. The DP80 offers up to 12.5-megapixels of digital color for brightfield microscopy while also providing 14-bit, high sensitivity and low-noise monochrome imaging for fluorescence microscopy. Enclosed within a single camera unit, two individual CCDs are embedded within the electronics and mechanical optics of the DP80 to perform separate imaging functions-truly a 2-1 camera functionality.
