2D Timelapse System
For multipurpose wide-field and fluorescence imaging, this System includes SlideBook 4.2, a scientific-grade cooled CCD camera and a 175W Xe lightsource with liquid light guide for critical illumination. This kit has excellent future upgrade potential.

2-D Multi-Fluor System
The 2-D Multi-Fluor System adds high-speed excitation and emission filter wheels plus Cy3, Cy5, FITC, DAPI/AMPCA filter sets and triple bandpass cube for DAPI, FITC and CY3.

3-D Multifluor System
The 3-D Multifluor System adds the Deconvolution SlideBook Module plus a linear encoded high-precision external Z-axis motor.

Rapid 4-D System
The Rapid 4-D System combines an deep-cooled intensified camera, extremely fast excitation wavelength switching (1.2ms wavelength changes) and piezo-electric focusing for time lapse experiments. Includes SlideBook 4.2 software with Deconvolution and TTL modules.

6-D Multifluor System
The 6-D Multifluor System adds a high precision stage (0.1um sensitivity, 7mm/sec velocity) and a linear encoded Z axis focus drive to the 3-D Multifluor System.

FURA System
The FURA system is configured specifically for FURA ratiometric imaging. It includes a scientific-grade cooled CCD camera, specialty filters (340/380nm), a fast excitation wavelength filter wheel (55msec interval for adjacent filters), SlideBook and the Ratio/Fret/Densitometry Module.

Rapid FURA System
Replaces the filter wheel of the FURA system with a high-speed galvanometer-controlled wavelength switcher (1.2ms interval).

FRET System
The FRET System has been designed especially for ratiometric FRET experiments. It includes a 175w light source, liquid light guide, excitation and emission filter wheels, CFP/YFP filter sets, a scientific grade cooled CCD camera, SlideBook and the Ratio/Fret/Densitometry module.
