REPAIR AND SERVICE INFORMATION
As an Olympus customer you expect and deserve value-added service and support. A full-service Support Network staffed by experienced Olympus specialists is available to you.
Your Sales Representative is always your first point of contact for any question or concern you may have about your imaging system. Technical Assistance Specialists (TAC) provide additional support and work together with Technical Services Coordinators who coordinate scheduling of on-site service or repairs. Customer Service Representatives (CSR) provide information regarding your order status, shipments or billing. Your Olympus Field Service Engineer (FSE) is certified and licensed to install, repair, and optimize Olympus confocal microscope systems at your facility. Direct Repair Services of selected microscopes can be provided on-site at your facility by your local Olympus Authorized Service Dealer or be sent to Olympus for in-house repair(prior authorization required) by an Olympus Repair Technician.
