CENTER VALLEY, Pa., (October 28, 2020) – Olympus Corporation of the Americas announced today that it has earned a spot on the 2020 Dave Thomas Foundation for Adoption’s annual list of America’s Best Adoption-Friendly Workplaces for the third consecutive year. Each year the Foundation publishes a list recognizing 100 organizations that strive to make adoption a supported option for every working parent.

OCA’s Adoption Assistance Program provides reimbursement to U.S. full- and part-time eligible employees for all or a portion of qualifying expenses incurred (up to $10,000) from their legal adoption of a child. Qualifying adoption expenses include, but are not limited, to adoption fees, attorney fees, court fees and travel expenses.

“We are honored to be recognized as an Adoption-Friendly Workplace by the Dave Thomas Foundation ahead of Adoption Awareness Month in November,” said George Figueroa, Vice President, Human Resources, Olympus Corporation of the Americas. “At Olympus, we recognize that families come in many different shapes and sizes, and we’re committed to offering inclusive, family-friendly programs that support our employees through exciting life milestones, such as adoption.”

The Foundation publishes the list of top 100 Adoption Friendly Workplaces. The full list of winners can be found here: https://www.davethomasfoundation.org/library/2020-100-best-adoption-friendly-workplaces-list/
