We pledge our support to the Military, reservist, and Veteran community through our participation in the annual Military Friendly Survey, through our signing of the Employer Support of the Guard and Reserve (ESGR) initiative, and through our partnership with MedTech Vets.

Employer Support of the Guard and Reserve (ESGR)
Olympus is committed to protecting the job rights of employees absent due to military duty. Our policies are designed to support the balance between their professional life and service to their country with minimal disruption regarding pay and benefits, as well as a commitment to career growth and development. Our intent is to honor the service and sacrifice our military employees and provide support to these employees and their families as they fulfill their military obligations.
In March of 2024, Olympus pledged to support military reservists by signing on to the ESGR Employer Support of the Guard and Reserve ESGR initiative. The ESGR is a U.S. Department of Defense program established in 1972 that promotes cooperation and understanding between civilian employers and their National Guard and Reserve employees.
