Veteran Colleague Affinity Network
The Veteran CAN at Olympus is a network of employees focused on creating a more inclusive and supportive workplace for our military service members and their families. Our members include veterans, employees serving in the Guard/Reserve, employees with friends or family in the military, and allies who want to support the military community.
The mission of the Veteran CAN is to be a strategic partner with Olympus to ensure our military colleagues and families feel they can fully contribute and thrive in our company. They accomplish this through education, awareness, and community outreach. The Veteran CAN allows colleagues to connect with a network of employees with a common background, set of interests and/or goals.
The purpose of the Veteran CAN is to: further the inclusive military/veteran-friendly environment at Olympus, facilitate a network of resources and support for Olympus employees that share an interest in the military community, and enhance recruitment strategies and onboarding for candidates with military experience.
