Stefan Kaufmann joined Olympus in 2003 as General Manager of Human Resources, Olympus Europe. Since then, he has taken on several roles and responsibilities including Managing Director of the Corporate Division in 2008, Executive Managing Director in 2011, and Managing Director of Consumer Business in 2013 for Olympus Europe. He became a Corporate Officer in 2017 and the Chief Administrative Officer, Director and Executive Officer in 2019. Based in Tokyo, Japan, Stefan is now the CEO of Olympus Corporation and focuses on moving the company to the next phase of its transformation and growth.
Stefan came to Olympus from Thomas Cook, where he was head of Human Resources Development. Prior to that, he spent 10 years in operational and strategic human resources management with the German department store chain Karstadt AG.
Stefan has been instrumental in Olympus’ successful transformation to a global medtech company. In addition, as one of the Chief Transformation Officers, he has led transformational projects over the past four years to drastically improve the company’s ability to invest for the future. Leveraging his professional background in managing a key market as part of the global operation, his expertise has helped the company realign governance system enabling agile decision making to empower employees and helping the wider business to flourish.
Stefan’s leadership helped set the company on a course towards a more strategic and sustainable growth phase while prioritizing patient safety and product quality, creating game-changing innovations and contributing to elevating the standard of care in targeted disease areas.

Originally from Albertville, France, Mr. Julien Sauvagnargues performs his current role as President and Chief Executive Officer of Olympus Corporation of the Americas (OCA), overseeing the Company’s activities throughout North and South America from headquarters in Center Valley, PA. He is also a member of the OCA Board of Directors and Executive Committee. Formerly, he was the President of the Scientific Solutions Group (SSG) and Consumer Products Group (CPG).
Julien joined Olympus France in 2006 as a Division Manager for the Microscopy and Industrial Endoscopy Products, later becoming Division Manager of France and Belgium in 2008 for Consumer Products. In 2012, he and his family relocated to the United States after accepting the position of Vice President of Sales of North America for Olympus Imaging America Inc. (OIMA). The following year, he was promoted to Group Vice President of Sales & Marketing. Prior to joining Olympus, he served four years as the Sales & Marketing Director at Arjo Wiggins in France.
Julien holds a master’s degree in technology and management from CentraleSupélec, a research institution in France, and a second master’s degree in finance from Edhec Business School.
In his free time, Mr. Sauvagnargues enjoys playing tennis, listening to music and reading.

Gabriela Kaynor joined the company in 2016 as Executive Director Strategy Development and Portfolio Management, Olympus Corporation of the Americas. She has held a variety of roles and responsibilities within the company including Vice President Marketing and PMO since 2017. In 2019, she became Senior Vice President Global Portfolio Management, Strategy & PMO Therapeutic Solutions Division for Olympus Corporation and in 2020, she assumed the current role of Global Division Co-Head of Therapeutic Solutions Division.
Prior to joining Olympus Corporation, she was Director of Operations at Acclarent and spent over five years at Covidien (now, Cardinal Health) in roles across R&D, Program Management Office & Advanced Supplier Development supporting strategic growth. Gabriela started her career with Johnson & Johnson in their Neuro Division taking on varying roles within Operations, Supply Chain and Engineering.
As the only female member of the Group Executive Committee, she is passionate about accelerating the company’s efforts in diversity, equity and inclusion to all levels of the organization. She believes in encouraging each employee to understand their role in accomplishing the company’s priorities and feel empowered to work with unity and agility to accelerate and unlock the potential that Olympus has.
In her free time, Gabriela enjoys traveling with the family, participating in outdoor activities, appreciating blue skies, going to the beach, and enjoying good meals with family and friends.

Originally from North Yorkshire, England, Richard Reynolds performs his role as President of the Medical Systems Group (MSG) from the Olympus Corporation of the Americas (OCA) headquarters in Center Valley, Pennsylvania. He is also a member of the OCA Board of Directors.
Since starting his career with Olympus in 1995, Richard has acquired extensive knowledge through his expanding leadership positions in the USA, UK, Europe and the Middle East & Africa. In 2011, Richard moved to the US to join OCA and has held various senior roles including Executive Vice President of Sales, Marketing & Shared Services; Group Vice President of Surgical Sales & Marketing; Group Vice President, Service & Commercial Operations, and President MSG - a role he assumed in 2022 and continues to hold today. Outside of Olympus, Richard is a volunteer board member for Habitat for Humanity.
Richard holds an undergraduate degree in Advertising & Graphic Design from the Newcastle College of Art & Design in Newcastle upon Tyne, England. In his free time, Richard is an avid Middlesbrough FC fan, enjoys snowboarding, running, traveling, cooking and studying ornithology.

Jose Gaston has served as President for Olympus’ Latin America Division (LAD) since 2017 and has recently assumed an expanded role as Head of Corporate for Olympus Corporation of the Americas (OCA). He is also a member of the OCA Executive Committee, and is based in Miami, FL.
During his six-year tenure with Olympus, Jose has led the transformation of the Latin America Division by focusing on its effectiveness and efficiency. In his newer role as Head of Corporate, he oversees the functional areas of Supply Chain & Operations, Global Business Services, and Project Management, strategically supporting initiatives that contribute to the company’s efficiency and sustainable growth. Furthermore, he directs the design, development, implementation, and maintenance of solutions to meet the management needs of the company, with a focus on driving efficiency.
Prior to Olympus, Jose held various roles of increasing responsibility within Finance, Accounting, Operations and Information Systems at Medtronic/Covidien, Stryker, and Baxter. He holds a Master’s Degree in Accounting, a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, and a Six Sigma Green Belt.
In his personal time, Jose interests include fitness, enology, classic cars, and spending time with his wife and son.

Michael Noyes is Head of Olympus Surgical Technologies America (OSTA) and Senior Vice President, Operations for Olympus Corporation of the Americas (OCA). In this dual role, Mike is responsible for all Americas-based manufacturing of Olympus’ capital equipment and disposable surgical intervention devices. He also leads the development of Olympus’ new global manufacturing strategy for single-use endoscopy. He is a member of the OCA Executive Committee.
Mike leverages his diverse operations experience to drive improvements in product quality, costs, on-time delivery performance, and organizational culture. He joined Olympus in 2021 with more than 30 years’ experience in the medical device industry, including leadership roles at Smiths Medical and Medtronic Corporation. Immediately prior to Olympus, he was Senior Vice President of Operations and Quality for Rapid Micro Biosystems, a start-up life sciences company, and supported the scale of the business through a successful initial public offering (IPO).
Born and raised in Maine, Mike currently resides near OSTA’s headquarters in Westborough, Massachusetts. He received a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from Boston’s Northeastern University, a Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Columbia University, and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Nova Southeastern University in Fort Lauderdale, Florida.
In his personal time, Mike enjoys spending time with his wife and two children.

As Chief Compliance Officer for Olympus Corporation of the Americas (OCA), Christine Gordon partners with key stakeholders at all levels of the organization to advance company goals and strategies while ensuring business activities abide by OCA’s policies and procedures as well as applicable laws and regulations. Christine is also a member of the OCA Executive Committee.
Christine joined Olympus in November 2010 after spending seven years in public service as an Assistant District Attorney in the City of Philadelphia. She was a key leader in developing OCA's Compliance program across all business groups in the Americas. She is a member of the Olympus Global Compliance Leadership Team and is passionate about Olympus’ Diversity & Inclusion initiatives.
Christine earned her Bachelor of Arts degree from Lehigh University, holds a law degree from Villanova University, and is a member of the Pennsylvania Bar.
Christine lives in Bethlehem, Pennsylvania with her husband and three children. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family and extended family, attending her children’s sporting events, crocheting, listening to music, and being outside in warm weather.
David Gomez

David Gomez, who joined Olympus in 2016, has held a variety of leadership roles and is now serving as the General Counsel for the Olympus Corporation of the Americas. In this strategic role, David works closely with the executive management, the Board of Directors, and leaders throughout the organization both within the Americas and globally. His key responsibilities include overseeing the organization’s legal matters affecting the Americas region and ensuring the efficient day-to-day functioning of the Legal Department. Dave also serves on the Executive Diversity Council and provides legal support to the Company’s Therapeutic Solutions Division (TSD).
Prior to joining Olympus in 2016, Dave worked at Morgan Lewis within its Labor and Employment Group, where he represented companies in litigation across the United States, conducted internal investigations, and advised clients across a range of issues. Prior to his tenure with Morgan Lewis, Dave worked in law firms in and around the Philadelphia area, specializing in civil litigation.
Dave received a law degree from the Georgetown University Law Center in Washington, DC and completed his undergraduate education at Penn State University, majoring in International Relations.
In his personal time, Dave enjoys spending time with his wife and very active four children, while endeavoring to find time to read, stay active, and be outdoors.

As Vice President of Human Resources for Olympus Corporation of the Americas (OCA), Stacey Morey leads a team of human resources professionals providing a full range of human resources strategies, services, and programs through Centers of Excellence teams and Human Resource Business Partners that work daily to realize this mission. Stacey is a member of the OCA Executive Committee and various internal committees.
Stacey joined Olympus in 2007 as an HR Business Partner and advanced through business partner levels of business supporting the camera and medical businesses. Stacey’s last role was Executive Director, Lead HRBP for MSG, LAD, and OCI. Prior to joining Olympus, Stacey built a career over several years at Penske Leasing and Logistics, a GE Company, where she held various positions of increasing responsibilities in the areas of HR, Financial Operations, Quality/Continuous Improvement, and market research. Stacey has a B. S. degree in Business Management from Albright College and a M. S. in Human Resources and Organizational Development from Villanova University. She is also a six-sigma black belt in continuous improvement and holds a Senior HR Professional certification.

Chris Kuhn joined Olympus in 2005 as Senior Manager of Finance for the company’s Medical Systems Group. Since then, he has held progressive leadership positions culminating to his current position of Regional Chief Financial Officer, Olympus Corporation of the Americas (OCA). In his role, Chris oversees the holistic financial activity of OCA’s businesses, entities, and corporate functions. He is also a member of the OCA Executive Committee.
Before joining Olympus, Chris worked in various financial roles including auditing, accounting and financial reporting for KPMG LLP and Viasys Healthcare. He has a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Villanova University and a Master of Business Administration from The Pennsylvania State University, in addition to holding his Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license in the state of Pennsylvania.
Chris is the Executive Sponsor of the InterAbilities Colleague Affinity Network at OCA, and outside of work is a Board member and Treasurer of Mercy School for Special Learning in Allentown, PA. In his personal time, Chris likes to travel, work outdoors, read, and spend quality time with his wife and three sons. Currently, he enjoys volunteering as a coach for two of his sons’ basketball teams for Lower Macungie Youth Association.
Paul Lambert

Paul Lambert joined Olympus in January 2021, and currently serves as the Chief Information Officer for Olympus Corporation of the Americas (OCA). In this role he is responsible for IT infrastructure, applications and support, and digitization within the Americas region. Paul is also a member of OCA’s Executive Committee, and is based in Center Valley, PA.
Prior to joining Olympus, Paul spent 15 years at Roche Pharmaceuticals and Roche Diagnostics. He joined Roche Pharmaceuticals in Basel, Switzerland and had roles of increasing responsibility from Enterprise Architecture to Solution Delivery. In his last assignment he moved to Indianapolis to lead a new digital group focused on digital health solutions. Prior to Roche, he worked for AstraZeneca and a financial institution, Barclays Bank.
Paul was born in Wales, United Kingdom and graduated from Imperial College, London, where he obtained a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Science.

Originally from the Lehigh Valley, Stephanie Sherry serves as Vice President, Corporate Communications at Olympus Corporation of the America’s (OCA) headquarters in Center Valley, Pennsylvania. Since joining Olympus in 2007, she has assumed roles of increasing responsibility in marketing and communications. She currently oversees the Company’s corporate and medical communications including public relations, internal communications, corporate social responsibility, social media, digital marketing, marketing communications, creative services and events management responsibilities across all Olympus organizations in North and South America. In addition to the OCA Executive Committee, she is a member of several other leadership committees. As well, she is involved in Olympus’ Diversity & Inclusion Initiatives and has been the Executive Sponsor for the African American Colleague Affinity Network since April 2020.
Prior to Olympus, Stephanie was a Vice President of Strategic Communications at MayoSeitz Media in Blue Bell, PA and has worked in both national and regional advertising agencies in Philadelphia and New York managing media planning, media buying, and media research for well-known national consumer brands such as McDonalds, Subway, Pizza Hut, Duracell and Hershey Entertainment & Resorts.
Stephanie received a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Journalism from Temple University in Philadelphia, PA. She currently lives in Allentown, PA with her dog and two cats. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family, traveling, exercising, doing yoga, reading and listening to music. Stephanie is a Registered Yoga and Mindfulness Instructor (RYT®200) with the Yoga Alliance. She is also passionate about giving back to her community and serves on the Board of Directors for the YWCA Allentown.

Todd Brill joined Olympus in December 2021 as Vice President of Regulatory Affairs. When Regulatory Affairs was transitioned into a global function, Todd took on the role of RA lead for the Therapeutic Solutions Division, supporting global regulatory strategy, product submission management, regulatory program and policy management, and regulatory communications.
A graduate of the United States Naval Academy, Todd served as a surface warfare officer for five years. Following his naval service, he began his career in regulatory affairs and quality at Stryker Endoscopy before taking on leadership roles at Boston Scientific, Johnson & Johnson, Genzyme, EMD Serono, and IBM Watson Health.
Todd and his wife are passionate about the preservation of historic homes and architecture. After living in and renovating several homes on the South Shore of Massachusetts, they are now the stewards of a home in the Historic District of Shrewsbury, MA. In his personal time, Todd enjoys reading, weightlifting, watching movies, and spending time with his wife and two adult children.
